(We have had feedback that this walk is not easy to follow so you may prefer to use the walk below).

An alternative walk uses the maps available on The Poacher and Partridge website:
  • From the railway station walk into Tonbridge High Street and then turn right just before the BIG bridge by the castle down Medway Wharf Road.
  • Follow the footpath alongside the river past Town Lock until you reach Tonbridge Bypass, A26.
  • From here you can use Map no 9,"Medway Valley Long Walk" on The Poacher & Partridge website. You will be at the pink road on the map where the route turns back on itself.  You can choose to either follow the route in reverse via nos 3,2,1 or continue the route via numbers 4,5,6 to reach The Poacher & Partridge depending on the length of walk you would like.
  • From the Poacher & Partridge, use Map no 5 "The Church & Orchards Walk" to reach All Saints' Tudeley, only a further half a mile/10 minutes walk up the road.
